    In case of cancellation the Secretariat will strictly adhere to the following Cancellation/Refund Policy:
    -Notification of cancellation regarding accommodation must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat by email agrobalt@eventmanagement.lt  
    - All cancellations/changes made before 15 March 2016, no cancellation fee will be charged except 9 EUR transaction handling fee.
    - All cancellations made 15 March 2016  and less 100% of hotel booking will be charged.
